I was born in Algona, Iowa. My father loved to move and said it was like taking a vacation only bringing his furniture along. We lived in three states and moved ten times before I graduated from high school. My husband and I moved seventeen times to enhance our education and careers. We have returned to Iowa to be close to our grandchildren and also because we love Iowa's friendly people. There are many real estate laws and procedures that need to be followed. As a retired teacher, I love to help sellers and buyers. I strive to help them gain knowledge so they can make wise choices. I am conscientious about the need and desires of my clients while at the same time work quickly and diligently to help them reach their goals.
